MOA2 Participants,

As you will recall from the September meeting, the database review and
your comments were due at the end of last month, along with your copies of
the database, so that we could analyse data entry and try to determine
best practice for data entry on particular types of archival objects. To
date, we have not received any feedback. At a meeting this morning, we
reevaluated our schedule (which primarily hinges on John Hassan and other
responsibilities, including working towards our Year 2000 goals) and we
really must consider the database finished, from a revision standpoint, by
December 1.

What does this mean? This does not mean that you have until December 1st
to get changes into the database. It does mean that if you have suggested
revisions, you must send them in NOW. It does mean that you should go
over the database and send in revision suggestions this week. If you do
have changes to suggest next week, or the following week, by all means
send them in... But depending on how complex they are, John may not be
able to get to them by the beginning of December.

Let us know your thoughts,

Merrilee
